Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide triage support by phone, evaluating symptoms and scheduling hospital procedures.
  • Complete prior authorizations for medications, procedures, and genetic testing.
  • Collaborate with room staff to maintain a smooth clinic flow, including performing EKGs.
  • Offer physician support through in-basket services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and certification opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1 year of experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous cardiology experience is highly desirable.
