Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Prior SNF experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress

Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Tennessee Physical Therapist license
  • Prior SNF experience
