Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in southern Middle Tennessee. As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our organization's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completes discharge recommendations on each treatment with precision and accuracy
  • Documents patient care, outcomes, and variances concisely, completely, and timely according to standards
  • Ensures accurate and timely completion of Medicare certifications
  • Participates regularly in departmental huddles to stay informed and aligned with team goals
Requirements:
  • PT licensure in TN is mandatory
  • New graduates and seasoned therapists are welcome to apply
