At Adler Pelzer USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducting receiving inspections and testing of materials to ensure compliance with work instructions
- Performing tests for specific gravity and melt flow rate
- Preparing and maintaining accurate test reports and records
- Ensuring check fixture usage and maintaining calibrations according to QSI calibration database
- Providing maintenance to check fixture devices and performing scrap entry-reporting
- Completing testing and forms, recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
- Assisting in training new operators on work instructions and customer specification requirements
