About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Baton Rouge. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and merchandising stores, selling products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Merchandising products in stores

  • Collaborating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery routes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or delivery driving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or equivalent software
  • Physical stamina to handle demanding work schedules and heavy lifting
