Bookkeeper Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing bookkeeping duties, including bank deposits and reconciliations, maintaining bookkeeping files, and performing clerical and other related duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including bank deposits and reconciliations
  • Maintain bookkeeping files and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform clerical and other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organization and planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in computer platforms and programs relating to bookkeeping (Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with vendors and staff
