Job Overview
Pacifica Hotels is currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Operations Supervisor. This position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and effective daily operations of the hotel’s front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the established health and safety protocols to guarantee the well-being and comfort of both team members and guests.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by property-specific guidelines.
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times while delivering personalized service to hotel patrons.
- Communicate efficiently with guests and fellow team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Exhibit proficiency in all Guest Service systems and processes.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and retrain the Guest Service Team on systems, procedures, and guest engagement.
- Oversee and ensure accountability in all facets of Guest Service Team performance, managing all front office activities during scheduled shifts.
- Monitor and adjust room availability status, ensuring accurate filing of registration cards, reservations, and other pertinent documentation.
- Manage and oversee the hotel’s social media presence.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by staying informed about all in-house and local events to provide timely and knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
- Contribute to and uphold established communication channels, such as departmental logbooks, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist the front office team to optimize overall departmental and hotel performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management.

Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of hotel experience in a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor role, or equivalent progressive front desk responsibilities.
