Job Summary

The Area Supervisor is a key member of the Store Leadership team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific area of the store. This includes supervising associates, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment
  • Supervise and train associates to meet company standards
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and maintained
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness and organization
  • Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires standing, walking, and moving around the store for up to 100% of working time. Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
