About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes for their financial situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and goals
  • Conduct tax interviews, both in-person and virtually, to gather information and provide expert advice
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and increase client retention through the sale of additional products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance to clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of tax experience, with a focus on individual tax returns and tax planning
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
