Job Overview

At Gro HR Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for performing assigned maintenance functions and duties in a proficient and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective management for follow-up and corrective action.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair and replacement, woodworking, pipe fitting, sheet metal, operation of heavy machinery, demolition and remodeling, and masonry.
  • Report to and consult closely with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order.
  • Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity.
Requirements
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Teachable with a desire to improve skills and knowledge base.
  • Proficient in craft.
