Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans to support students with diverse needs.
  • Conduct 3-year evaluation testing and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide mental health, behavioral, and academic support to students, including individual and group counseling/therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide positive behavior support and classroom support.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis to inform instruction and support student progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Social Work certifications for the state of Illinois.
  • PEL license (educator certificate) or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
