Customer Service Role
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations at the front desk. You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any issues that may arise during their stay.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to maintain knowledge of hotel policies, including rates, discounts, special offers, and community events.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk and ensure timely check-in and check-out processes.
  • Communication: Discreetly handle confidential guest information and coordinate with Housekeeping Department to track room readiness.
  • Operations: Ensure lobby and shared areas are neat and orderly, adhering to all Colwen and brand standards.

**Requirements:**
  • One year of related experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Prior Brand experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to deal with difficult guests.
  • Familiarity with local area, ability to provide directions and maps to local attractions and destinations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common computer software programs.
  • Ability to learn computer software programs and operate property management system.
  • Willingness to work 7-day rotational work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
