About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at On With Life. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food service to our individuals, ensuring their nutritional needs are met while promoting a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist cooks with food preparation, serving, and cleanup in accordance with person-specific dietary restrictions and needs.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages in a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to facility, industry, and regulatory safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food service operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in institutional, hospitality, or healthcare meal preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
