Ideal candidates will provide exceptional care to a diverse patient base requiring treatment for a wide range of primary care issues. The selected physician will be crucial in maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring positive health outcomes, and enhancing patient satisfaction. We seek candidates who are passionate about outpatient medicine and are fully aligned with the mission of Mount Sinai Health System.
The successful candidates will have the privilege of collaborating with the renowned Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai's Department of Medicine is dedicated to holistic patient care, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. The division embodies the mission of Icahn School of Medicine by integrating patient care, research, and education, recognizing these elements as interconnected facets of medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a large, collegial multi-specialty environment, engaging with nearly every specialty including cardiology, neurology, urology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, radiology, and hematology/oncology.
- Serve a diverse patient population while residing in a community with top-tier educational opportunities.
- Support Staff: Includes Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Physician Assistants, alongside a comprehensive on-site imaging center featuring cutting-edge MRI and PET CT technology, ultrasound, and laboratory services.
- Utilize an advanced EMR system: Epic.
- No teaching, research, or administrative duties required.

Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- Active New York Medical License and DEA registration.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

- Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities.
- A robust work ethic and a desire to thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven healthcare environment.

Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $275,000 (excluding bonuses or benefits).
