The facility is equipped with a fully operational imaging center, an accredited office endoscopy center, and an on-site laboratory, complemented by a dedicated support team including Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants.
Ideal candidates will provide exceptional care to a varied patient population, addressing a wide array of primary care needs. The selected physician will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring positive health outcomes, and enhancing patient satisfaction. The chosen candidates will have the chance to collaborate with the esteemed Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai's Department of Medicine is devoted to holistic patient care, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. The division is aligned with the mission of the Icahn School of Medicine, integrating patient care, research, and education as interconnected elements of medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within a collaborative multi-specialty environment featuring nearly every specialty, including cardiology, neurology, urology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, radiology, and hematology/oncology.
- Serve a diverse patient base while residing in a community with excellent educational opportunities.
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, and a comprehensive on-site imaging center equipped with advanced diagnostic technology.
- Utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Epic.
- No obligations for teaching, research, or administrative duties.

Position Requirements:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- Active New York Medical License and DEA registration.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

- Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities.
- A robust work ethic and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven healthcare system.

Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $275,000 (excluding bonuses or additional benefits).
