  • Install and perform quality control on instruments, while training new clients
  • Provide technical assistance and collaborate with internal departments

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biophysical sciences, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support within the biotech sector
