Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our team in Somerset, NJ. This is a 12-month contract position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex laboratory activities including analytical tasks and sample preparation. Test incoming materials and finished products and approve/reject within stipulated timeframes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot common problems/issues encountered. Maintain daily records and documentation on all laboratory work performed.
  • Operate standard equipment/procedures to required levels. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) procedures and contribute to lab safety improvements.
  • Efficiently use internal tools for data collection/recording and administration.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Chemistry with at least one year of relevant working experience.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annumBenefits:
