We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, family members, volunteers, physicians, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of food service staff to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and food quality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Manage food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of improving patient satisfaction and food quality.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • National Food Handler Card and ServSafe Manager Certification required.
