The Service Advisor is a key member of our team at Sonic Automotive, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless service experiences for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, establishing a clear understanding of the service requirements.
- Check on the progress of repairs throughout the day, communicating effectively with customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
- Test-drive vehicles or refer to the test technician as necessary, ensuring a thorough understanding of the vehicle's condition.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding the manufacturer's standards.
- Advise customers on the care and maintenance of their vehicles, using manufacturer-recommended maintenance menus.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as dealership policies and procedures.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or incidents to a manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
