Job Description

As a Food & Safety Practitioner at Randstad USA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of food production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for software used in food production, traceability, and compliance systems.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing of production software, including ERP and MES systems.
  • Ensure software compliance with food safety regulations, such as HACCP, FDA, and FSMA guidelines.
  • Identify, log, and track software defects, ensuring timely fixes in collaboration with development and IT teams.
  • Validate software updates and new features, ensuring they do not disrupt critical production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, operations, and production, to ensure the software meets regulatory and production requirements.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure software quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
