Job Description Summary

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Implement plan of care initiated by the clinician.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely.
  • Assess and educate patients and families/caregivers on diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate home health services.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
  • Prefer one year of nursing experience, with community/home health or medical/surgical experience a plus.
  • Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the State.
  • CPR certification required.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $$60,000 - $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
