Lo-Har Senior Living is seeking a skilled Housekeeper to provide exceptional service to our residents, staff, and guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned.
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control.
- Ensure efficient and friendly service to all residents, staff, and guests.
- Adapt to changing resident needs and priorities.
- Respect residents' rights and maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
- Present a neat and clean appearance at all times.
Requirements
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
