Dermatology Physician Assistant Career Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our team at a well-established and reputable Dermatology practice in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with cutting-edge technology, specializing in Medical and General Dermatology.

**Responsibilities**

* Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations to develop and implement treatment plans for various dermatological conditions, including Acne, Psoriasis, Cellulitis, Eczema, Dermatitis, Rashes, Dry or itchy skin, Fungus, Hair loss, Herpes, Hives, Impetigo, Pressure ulcers, Shingles, and Skin cancer.
* Perform punch, shave, and excisional biopsy procedures, as well as electrical destruction and cryosurgery for benign and malignant lesions as necessary.
* Prescribe topical, oral, and injection medications for the treatment of various dermatologic diseases.
* Provide guidance and education to patients on skincare and preventive measures.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Requirements**

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in general medical dermatology and skin cancer treatment.
* Must be accustomed to seeing a high volume of general Derm patients per day.
* Valid and active North Carolina License.
* Strong foundational knowledge of dermatology principles and practices.
* Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
* Ability to work independently and autonomously.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
