Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Opportunity

Academic Staffing Inc., an ESS Company, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Denver Public Schools. As a SLPA, you will have the opportunity to work in a school setting, providing support to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to develop individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Deliver speech and language therapy interventions to students, focusing on improving communication skills.
  • Document student progress, treatment sessions, and other relevant information.
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Colorado Licensure as SLPA required.
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
