We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Consultant to join our team at AbbVie. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality functional specifications, process workflows, and business rules to support our Finance and Costing area.
Key Responsibilities- Functional Specification and Process Design: Develop and deliver precise functional specifications, including process workflows, business rules, and interface design specifications.
- SAP Solutions and Support: Deliver and support SAP solutions related to Finance and Costing area, and facilitate design sessions to define data design and processes in support of business requirements.
- Project Execution and Coordination: Coordinate and lead the end-to-end execution of Record to Report (RTR) solutions, related projects, and technology implementations.
- Process Improvement and Best Practices: Introduce best practice and process improvement ideas to enhance our business operations.
- Business Requirements and Analysis: Gather business requirements, perform data-related analysis, investigation, and audits to support business decisions.
- Project Planning and Management: Responsible for project planning, requirement scoping, effort estimation, solution and design reviews, change management, and business stakeholder management.
- Technical Expertise: Employ experience in all phases of a project in the areas of General Ledger (FI-GL), Account Receivables (AR), Account Payables (AP), Asset Accounting (FAA), Cost Element Accounting (CEA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Asset Accounting and Process Management: Responsible for the Asset Accounting Process, including IFRS and USGAAP standards, Investment management, and project systems configuration, testing, and support process.
- Master Data Mapping and Migration: Employ experience in Master Data Mapping / Migration from Legacy system to SAP R/3 using LSMW and Batch input, and responsible for creating Extract files, Writing Transform queries, and loading files utilizing SAP FDW and custom report for extraction and LTMC tools for loading files.
- Corporate Compliance and Governance: Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, SOX compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
