Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive research to assist a supervising attorney.
- Maintaining and organizing schedules and calendars.
- Managing property value appeals and performing data entry tasks.
- Preparing detailed analyses of commercial properties.
- Coordinating with local officials for hearings across various jurisdictions.
- Compiling and reporting personal property tax values to local governments.
- Maintaining an organized database of electronic client files.
- Generating reports for clients as required.
- Handling incoming communications professionally.
- Processing mail and other correspondence efficiently.
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Business or Management).
- A minimum of two years of office experience.
- A cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong research capabilities.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A background in finance or accounting; legal experience is a plus but not required.
We offer a competitive starting salary of $55,000, along with:
- 120 hours of paid time off after a probationary period.
- 17+ paid holidays annually.

- A 3% employer contribution to 401k after two years of service.
