Job Description
Hanwha Vision America, a leading provider of advanced network video surveillance products, seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will work proactively with installation partners to verify information and consistently contact them to sell and support video security products. This role is responsible for providing answers to sales-related requests from field sales personnel and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal directly with customers via phone and electronic media to perform customer service tasks; respond to inquiries via telephone hunt group and customer service mailbox.
  • Validate and enter customer orders in the SERP/EP system; prepare required support documents such as Commercial Invoices, shipping labels, and other related documents.
  • Accurately maintain and file all documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure PO fulfillment from receipt through delivery to customer; correspond with customers regarding product availability, backorder ETA's, etc.
  • Promptly respond to and work through claims of short, discrepant, and damaged deliveries with internal and external parties; keep customers informed of claim status.
