- Patient Care and Services
- Ensure that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care that meets their individual needs and goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Program Development and Management
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and the community.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that programs and services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Improvement and Compliance
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a rehabilitation setting.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive quality improvement and program development.
