Key Responsibilities- Testing and Inspection Services: Conduct thorough testing and inspection services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures.
- Quality Assurance Observations: Perform quality assurance observations and prepare detailed field reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Field and Laboratory Testing: Conduct field and laboratory testing to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Interact with senior staff members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
- Safety and Compliance: Promote a safe workplace and ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in engineering, architecture, or construction preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of related field inspection experience in the construction industry required. Building enclosure or structural field inspection experience a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to carry 40-70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lift 85 lbs to waist height.
- Transportation: Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites. Mileage will be reimbursed.
