About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience
  • Generous bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly
  • Retention program: Receive up to $40K over 5 years in addition to your base salary
  • Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance: Choose $10K for a sign-on bonus or up to $10K for relocation assistance if needed
  • Paid time off: Enjoy 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
