We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Academic Advisor to join our team at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality academic advising experiences that support students' personal, professional, and academic goals.
- Maintain ongoing focus on student success, retention, persistence, and graduation for advisees.
- Demonstrate initiative and provide proactive outreach to students regarding academic difficulties, attendance, and missed enrollment dates.
- Assist with special projects such as Orientation and Enrollment, Cowboy Welcome, and special academic programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
