Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a best-in-class experience, with a focus on providing prompt and courteous service.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team of retail staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Performance Management: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of retail or hospitality industry experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
- Education: Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a convenience store or food service environment, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other business software applications; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
