Behavioral Therapist

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring seamless execution and effective outcomes.
• Conduct weekly fidelity checks to guarantee plans are being implemented as designed, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with the house manager to ensure all necessary materials and supplies are available for plan implementation.
• Present graphical summaries of plan effectiveness to DSP staff at regular meetings, promoting transparency and open communication.
• Ensure accurate documentation of DSP training and data sheet completion, adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Plan and participate in recreational, therapeutic, and training activities, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Provide positive behavioral supports according to behavior support plans, responding to emergency situations with confidence and poise.

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete a 40-hour training program based on the RBT Task List and pass the RBT Competency Assessment administered by a BACB certificant.
