Your Role
This internship provides hands-on experience in water quality compliance, allowing you to work closely with professionals to assist with environmental management and water quality activities for assigned facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and managing monitoring and reporting programs to ensure compliance with federal and state water quality/environmental regulations and company standards.
- Conducting advanced sampling and analysis of water.
- Analyzing data and developing reports, including interpreting water quality reports and records.
- Resolving water quality and treatment issues at full-scale production facilities and distribution systems.
- Handling and documenting water quality complaints.
- Assisting operations staff in water and wastewater facilities with routine production activities, including data collection and evaluation.
Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience
You should be currently enrolled in an Environmental or Science undergraduate degree program from an accredited school and have completed at least two years of coursework. A valid driver's license is required at the time of hire, and you must pass a motor vehicle background check.
Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
