Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Respiratory Specialist to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist to provide quality care to patients in alternate sites, utilizing their expertise in respiratory equipment and patient assessment skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and experience in providing preventative, rehabilitative, and palliative care to patients with respiratory conditions.

  • Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on proper use of respiratory equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree from an accredited respiratory program or an Associate degree in Nursing with a valid and unrestricted LPN or RN license.
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by the branch or equivalent nursing licensure.
  • At least one year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
