Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients requiring critical care services, including mechanical ventilation, central line placement, and titration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to patients and make necessary nursing judgments.
  • Systematically assess the healthcare needs of individuals or groups and formulate a care plan, its implementation, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate patient care and direct assistive personnel to provide safe, effective, efficient, equitable, and timely patient-centered care.
  • Develop relationships with patients and families that maintain and communicate trust and respect.
  • Communicate effectively in the exchange of information and demonstrate the ability to act as a patient advocate.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
  • 2-3 years of acute care nursing experience, with ICU experience preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
