Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients requiring critical care services, including mechanical ventilation, central line placement, and titration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients and make necessary nursing judgments.
- Systematically assess the healthcare needs of individuals or groups and formulate a care plan, its implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate patient care and direct assistive personnel to provide safe, effective, efficient, equitable, and timely patient-centered care.
- Develop relationships with patients and families that maintain and communicate trust and respect.
- Communicate effectively in the exchange of information and demonstrate the ability to act as a patient advocate.
Requirements:
- Equivalent to a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- 2-3 years of acute care nursing experience, with ICU experience preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
