Hospitals partnered with Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications for the position of Staff Nurse (RN), ICU, in the Milton, MA area.
We are seeking experienced nurses with a strong background in critical care to join our team. If you have experience in areas such as arrhythmia management, bariatric care, code management, COVID-19 care, CRRT training, CVICU, burn patient care, chest tube management, ECMO, external pacemaker management, high acuity care, intra-aortic balloon pump management, MICU, neuro ICU, post-MI thermo care, post-cardiac surgery care, post-neuro surgery care, RRT, SICU, TPA administration, transplant care, or vascular intervention, we encourage you to apply.
Shifts available include day shift, night shift, and mid shift. Job types available include full-time, part-time, and per diem. Our employer features include a community hospital, cross-training opportunities, EAP, FSA, Level 1 trauma center, Magnet recognition, PTO, tuition assistance, and union facility.
Qualifications include an ADN or higher degree in nursing, an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license, and at least one year of experience in a critical care unit (ICU). ACLS certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to function effectively under stress, have experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures, and possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities include rapidly assessing patient conditions, monitoring and providing care to critically ill patients, managing life-support systems, participating in rapid response and emergency situations, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families about their care plan.
Benefits include healthcare coverage, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
