Job Summary

Asbury Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team at Normandie Ridge Nursing Care Center. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of maintenance expertise to ensure the facility's environment is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs to ensure the facility's equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Complete carpentry repairs and snow removal as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Follow established maintenance schedules and instructions to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Benefits:
