Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controls Engineer to join our team in the Construction industry. Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and other technical professionals.
  • Developing and interpreting controls schematic and P&ID.
  • Designing and implementing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Working with industrial controls and AC motors.
  • Creating and updating electrical models.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identifying potential issues and devising solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Continually improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of controls schematic, P&ID, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial controls.
  • Proficiency in working with AC motors and electrical modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A valid engineering license is preferred.
