Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Production Activities: Project Managers will lead our production activities in the field, making decisions that impact the success of the assignment.
  • Monitor and Inspect Tasks: Project Managers will monitor and inspect tasks for commercial and residential restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition, and various restoration activities.
  • Prepare and Review Documentation: Project Managers will prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos, and documents according to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with Customers: Project Managers will explain processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.
  • Supervise Technicians: Project Managers will supervise technicians assigned to the job.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent: A high school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Knowledge of Insurance Restoration and/or Construction Industry: A strong knowledge of the insurance restoration and/or construction industry is required.
  • Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Driving Record: A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
  • Able to Work Independently or Work with/Lead a Team: The ability to work independently or work with/lead a team is required.
  • Exhibit Professionalism, Maturity, and the Willingness to Serve the Customer: Exhibiting professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer is required.
  • Experience Managing Teams of 2 or More: Experience managing teams of 2 or more is required.
  • Experience with Entering Data Using a Tablet or Mobile Phone: Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone is required.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Customer Service Skills: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are required.
  • Must be Able to Prioritize Activities and Meet Deadlines: The ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines is required.

  • Certifications Required: Certifications in ASD Applied Structural Drying Technician, FSRT Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT Odor Control Technician, and WRT Water Damage Restoration Technician are required.

Incumbent must be prepared to:
