Key Responsibilities
  • Manage website content through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring timely updates and maintenance of landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and address security vulnerabilities proactively.
  • Create, publish, and perform quality assurance for web page layouts and components, ensuring all features are functional and user-friendly.
  • Prioritize and manage workflows to meet deadlines, effectively executing incoming website change requests.
  • Coordinate content flow among designers, producers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert-level experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web content management.
  • Proficiency in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with behavioral data tools, such as Heatmaps, click maps, user testing, and online surveys.
  • Knowledge of analytics and optimization tools, including GA 360, Google Optimize, and Google Tag Manager, for data analysis and performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A background in web administration, web development, or content management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
