We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our team at Desort. As a key member of our veterinary clinic, you will be responsible for the overall management of our animal care services, including patient care, staff supervision, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional medical care to animals
- Supervise and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants
- Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
- DVM degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed veterinarian in good standing
- 2-5 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
