About the Role

As a Clinical Fellow in Speech Pathology, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and educators. You'll provide individualized care to children with various speech-language disorders, administering diagnostic evaluations and delivering tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Fellowship Support: Participate in a structured CFY supervision with personalized mentoring, license assistance, and training in essential clinical soft skills.
  • Provide Individualized Care: Administer diagnostic evaluations and deliver tailored treatment plans for children with various speech-language disorders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
  • Family Education: Educate families and caregivers on treatment techniques and home management strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all treatment sessions, assessments, and communication with families.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
