Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individual and group counseling services to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The Counselor will work closely with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Work closely with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in funding source reviews and make recommendations for treatment and lengths of stay
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, counseling)
  • Valid professional license (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
