Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Wisconsin Brew Pub team at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives on a day-to-day basis in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory expenses, to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least three years of front-of-the-house leadership and/or general management experience.
  • Basic financial and P&L knowledge.
  • High-volume experience.
  • Sports knowledge (preferred).
  • Bi-lingual (preferred).
  • Understanding of culinary operations (preferred).
