Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to fill the role of Armed & Unarmed Security Guards. This position involves safeguarding client properties and ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
As a Security Guard, your duties will include:
  • Exhibiting a professional demeanor consistently, aligning with the company's customer service standards.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Maintaining a customer service-oriented approach in all interactions.
  • Making situational decisions and notifying appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Upholding a positive attitude in all circumstances.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Preferred experience in law enforcement, security, or military service (minimum of 1 year for certain contracts).
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  • Capacity to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, up to a full 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to withstand varying weather conditions for extended durations.
  • Occasional lifting or pulling of weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Clear and audible communication skills to convey information effectively.
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays as required.
