Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily updates on patient status and needs to the nurse manager and collaborate with peers to ensure adherence to safety regulations and policies.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:
- Active RN license
