Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Explain services and pricing structure to customers
  • Review services performed and bill customers
  • Answer customer questions and provide information as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and accuracy with numbers
