Job Description

This Senior Restoration Project Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial property damage restoration projects, including:

  1. Assessing damage and developing project plans
  2. Coordinating with clients and vendors
  3. Ensuring timely completion within budget
  4. Managing production processes to fulfill service needs
  5. Maintaining professional appearance of equipment and vehicles

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration (preferably IICRC certified)
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and out of state
  • Ability to work in tight spaces and lift up to 100 pounds
