We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to provide project management oversight, technical support, and mobile device assistance for our internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for continuous improvement.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing competing needs in a fast-paced environment, and providing project management and mobile device support services for stakeholders and end-users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage project analysis and deliver progress reports
  • Field incoming calls and emails
  • Identify, manage, and/or mitigate project risks and issues
  • Document and report daily, weekly, and monthly project performance
  • Manage assigned tasks according to the defined scope of the project
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Document processes and workflows
  • Track project deliverables
  • Mediate and resolve project conflicts
  • Develop and coordinate scheduling with stakeholders and end-users
  • Provide ongoing training and support for end-users
  • Attend weekly team and operations meetings
  • Travel in the field, as required to provide project support

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A desire to learn and master new systems, software, and equipment
  • Ability to multitask and manage across overlapping projects
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft computer applications and project management tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
